Robert Plumb Horticulture is the specialised services business responsible for the ongoing care and maintenance of landscape projects created by Dangar Barin Smith. It is also skilled at implementing the soft landscaping in smaller-scale projects created by the consultancy practice. Our team of qualified landscape and horticulture professionals service clients in the Sydney metropolitan area as well as projects in regional NSW.
We are currently looking for a full-time experienced and passionate Horticulturist to join our dedicated team.
About the role:
- Assist in leading and supporting the team, including day to day on-site management as required
- Landscape gardening
- Garden maintenance
- Cultivation and planting
- Pest and disease management
- Workplace, health and safety advocate
- Support and development of junior team members and apprentices

Skills & experience:
- Qualification in Horticulture
- Previous experience in landscaping, gardening, or a related field is preferred
- Passion for horticulture and landscape design
- Strong communication
- Excellent customer service and stakeholder management
- Ability to work in a physically demanding role, in all weather conditions
- Driver's licence essential
- White card
